The Future of Work: Brains and Bots

The University of Zurich dedicates the latest issue of its magazine to the exciting question of how the future of work is being reshaped by artificial intelligence (AI). While technology plays a central role, it is emphasized that human and social aspects such as emotional intelligence and a sense of purpose in the workplace must not be neglected.

The DSI researchers argue that collaboration between humans and AI – so-called “co-creation” – can lead to a more fulfilling and fairer working environment. It’s not just about becoming more efficient through AI, but also how we can expand our capabilities through this development.

Instead of just relying on technological advances, we should actively participate in shaping the world of work, develop our skills and see collaboration with AI in a positive light. This will enable humans and machines to work together harmoniously in the future.

Find out more here about how humans and AI can shape the working world of tomorrow.
