Crafting Playbook is an innovative web application that supports people in actively reflecting on and shaping their day-to-day work. The focus is on crafting plays, short, practical exercises that help people to recognize their own strengths, take advantage of opportunities in their day-to-day work and gradually implement changes.

The idea behind the Crafting Playbook is based on the principle of job crafting: instead of building on deficits, the focus is on promoting individual resources and strengths. The playbook thus offers a low-threshold opportunity to deal with topics such as meaningfulness, balance and health at work, whether during a break or on the go.
The project thrives on the collaboration between the four participating universities. Through interdisciplinary cooperation, experts from the fields of art, education, psychology and practice contribute their knowledge to create a diverse and creative offering. The Crafting Playbook combines theoretical background knowledge with easy-to-implement exercises that can be used in everyday life.
In the long term, the playbook is intended to grow as an open platform. Users have the opportunity to develop and submit their own plays and thus actively contribute to its further development.
Crafting Playbook is a free and accessible tool for anyone who wants to take their working world into their own hands.
