Lisa Hillers explains that while AI can deliver impressive results, it doesn’t have the same creativity as humans. It cannot adopt its own point of view or make conscious design decisions. Nevertheless, these tools offer exciting opportunities for inspiration and increased efficiency in the design process.

Lisa Hillers teaches in the Bachelor Design program at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) and critically examines new technologies and their impact on the design field. She is deputy head of the Bachelor of Arts in Design and works in the “Digital Skills & Spaces” program at ZHdK.
